Honorary Professor Katina Michael can discuss the government’s decision to ban Chinese AI platform DeepSeek on all federal government systems and devices over data security concerns. She can also talk about experts warning of an international decline in cybersecurity. Honorary Professor Michael is from the School of Business and comments regularly on the social implications of emerging technologies with an emphasis on privacy and national security. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the School for the Future of Innovation in Society and School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence at Arizona State University.

Dr Karley Beckman and Dr Tiffani Apps can discuss the three questions parents should ask before they allow schools to post photos of their children online. the researchers co-authored for The Conversation they write:
